Made-to-Order Garments (Collection)

All garments from our collection are made to order, which means production begins once your order is placed. Please allow 7–14 business days for production and shipping.

Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review all product details, sizing information, and your order carefully before purchasing.

If you encounter any issues with your order (e.g., damage during shipping or a mistake on our end), please email us at [insert support email] within 3 days of receiving your package, along with your order number and clear photos. We are committed to making it right and will address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Orders

All custom garments require a 30-minute consultation to discuss your vision, fabric options, budget, and timeline.

  • Consultation Fee: $75 (Non-refundable).
    If you choose to move forward, this amount will be applied toward your final balance.

  • Pricing:
    Custom pieces start at $500+, and the final cost will be determined during your consultation. Pricing may vary depending on specialty fabrics, rhinestones, beading, or other intricate design elements.

  • Production Timeline:
    Standard processing time is 4–6 weeks. If your design requires additional time due to complexity or material sourcing, we will communicate any changes in writing and provide a revised timeline.

  • Deposit:
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon garment completion, prior to delivery or pickup.

  • Quote Validity:
    Quotes are valid for 30 days from the consultation date.

FAQ

Why aren’t made-to-order garments refundable?
Because each garment is made specifically for you, we invest time, fabric, and resources upfront. We do not hold inventory, so we’re unable to restock or resell items once created.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We’re here to help. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
